"I’ve always loved the idea of fitness but I didn’t throw my heart and soul into it until I discovered the amazing community that is cultivated in the group fitness environment. Those relationships can be such a rich, motivating layer in your journey to great health! Having had 3 children, and having gained 70 pounds during my last pregnancy, I understand all too well what kind of battle so many people are fighting when they put on their gym clothes. I also know the incredible rewards in store for them when they finally reach their goals. That is why I have made it my life’s mission to give people a reason to get excited about moving! My purpose in each class is to eliminate all the dark shadows in the hearts of every person in the room, just for one hour. I want us to feel energized, powerful, and completely alive! Then we can take that beam of light with us into our homes and share the glow with our families. I honestly believe this 60-minute class can change your life for the better. All you have to do is show up and dance."
