This training will equip you with all the tools you need to successfully lead your own Rizzmic class! Spend Friday evening mastering the form, footwork, and dance styles found in our routines. On Saturday we will delve into the art and science of group fitness leadership. Both days required. Register before Feb 6, 2023 for early bird pricing!
