This training will equip you with all the tools you need to successfully lead your own Rizzmic class! On Saturday we will delve into the art and science of group fitness leadership. Sunday will be spent mastering the form, footwork, and dance styles found in our routines. Both days required. Registration closes on January 10th, so lock in your spot today!
